No. Prophecy connects to SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Laserfiche, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams, and adds your city’s public meeting videos, agendas, minutes, city code, and GIS layers. Your files stay where they are.
Every answer cites its sources. A citation opens the document with the passage highlighted, the meeting video at the second something was said, or the code section being quoted. Staff can check the source before anything goes out under their name.
Mostly three things. Research: finding what was decided, said, or written across your records and meetings. Drafting: staff reports, memos, letters, and resolutions in your own templates. Benchmarking: comparing your fees, rules, and policies with cities you choose, exported to CSV or PDF.
Staff only see files they can already open. Prophecy copies the sharing permissions from SharePoint, OneDrive, and Box, and admins decide who has access and which sources each department uses. Staff can sign in through your Okta or Microsoft Entra accounts.
